Problems with the automatic update of G DATA products (error message: IUpdate.exe is corrupt)

If an update is started directly from the application with some older versions of G DATA products, this can lead to problems. The reason for this is a prolonged non-updated and obsolete state of the software in use.


If you run into the following error message when updating (see screenshot), you should reinstall your software to continue receiving updates.
