If you have lost/misplaced your access data to our online update service, please enter the complete registration number of your G Data anti-virus product.
You can find your registration number on the back of the manual or you would have been sent this information when you first purchased the product.
Please enter your registration number in the format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx to request your user login.
After correct entry, we will immediately send your access data to the email address stored upon registration.
