Please uninstall the entire program and delete the settings and logs. Once this is done, manually delete the C:Program FilesCommon FilesG DATA folder. Restart your computer and reinstall the program. Make sure that you install the current software update (Actions > Software Update) and the current antivirus signatures (Actions > Virus Update).
