When I try to access my emails MS Outlook runs more slowly than before or a window keeps appearing, requesting my access data.

Response:

Important: the solution below is only possible if you access your mails from a provider using POP3/IMAP. If you access your emails using an Exchange server, contact our technical support hotline!! Solution: Please disable the AVK Outlook plugin in Outlook and ensure that the POP3 email scan or IMAP mail scan is activated in the AVK Options. You can disable the plugin in Outlook via “Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options -> Add-In Manager”.
