One of the files in your Temp folder seems to be corrupted and has caused a crash. Please delete the contents of the following folder: c:Documents and Settings{your user name*}Local SettingsTemp (*If you have set up multiple users, repeat this process for all user names.) IMPORTANT: Do not delete the folder, just the entire contents. If you cannot display the Local Settings folder, enable “Show Hidden Files and Folders” and disable “Hide Protected Operating System Files” in Windows Explorer, via the Tools > Folder Options > View menus.
