| Response: | This happens primarily if there is an infected mail in the mailbox. To move the file back, do the following: Close the email program on the client affected and if applicable delete the newly created archive file. In the Monitor options, disable scanning of email archives. Using the AVK Administrator account, open then the relevant report and click on Move File Back. Contact our phone hotline, if moving back fails.
