Infosecurity 2011 round up
After entering the UK market only a year ago, G Data has reported positive results following Infosecurity Europe 2011. G Data successfully launched its new range of consumer and business products at the expo and even had its leading security spokesperson, Eddy Willems, present on Stuxnet and how it has changed the way corporates should assess security.
“Throughout Infosecurity, G Data spoke with some very interesting people and there was plenty of interest to what we were offering,” says Eddy Willems, G Data Security Evangelist. “With the launch of new products including MobileSecurity and CloudSecurity, there was something there for everyone and we have had some positive responses already.”
What happened at Infosecurity 2011:
- • The launch of new 2012 consumer products including G Data TotalCare, G Data Inter-netSecurity, G Data AntiVirus, G Data NotebookSecurity and G Data InternetSecurity for Netbooks.
- • The launch of G Data’s new business products which are G Data AntiVirus 11(Business and Enterprise editions), G Data ClientSecurity 11 (Business and Enterprise editions), G Data End-pointProtection 11 Business and Enterprise and G Data MailSecurity 11.
- • Eddy Willems, G Data Security Evangelist, made a presentation on ’25 Years of Malware – Cyber Attacks To Turn Corporate’, which was held in the technical theatre on 21st April.
- • G Data conducted product demonstrations at the G Data stand.
